Bro needs to look up the meaning of the word discourage
God forbid Federal Highway Administration or the Department of Transportation actually work on removing distractions along highways....
Discourage means: Make guidelines to follow for humourous messages, like "don't make a reference too specific for everyone to get"
I thought it was more like "don't distract drivers on the highway"
Yeah exactly. Who would have thought that the guidelines would advise that? Inconceivable! 😅

If I can be a "14 year old deep thinker" for a moment, I truly believe that society would be thriving if we got rid of all the uncool people, but in order to create it you'd have to become pretty uncool.
