Also, I wanted to ask, is it not possible to change your display name on hexbear? I tried to do it a few times and throguh jerboa and it would change back, I also tried to do it through browser and just couldn't click on the displayname box
i'm pretty sure we use black magic fuckery (read: frontend code) to repurpose the display name field to enforce mandatory pronoun tags
We all just make new accounts each time we think of a funnier name smh
we use the display name for pronouns so not until lemmy supports tags on usernames
