Appreciate it.

Didn’t follow a recipe; more technique, but it’s essentially this pasta. However, I added butter and blended the pasta for a smoother consistency.

Cheers! Just cooked the cherry tomatoes down with some salt and olive oil in a sauté pan. Once they were ready I mashed them, added butter and cooked down a little. Blended and poured back into pan and simmered more until consistency I liked.

Try with a spoon full of mascarpone in lieu of the butter for a really nice creaminess.
