You also shouldn't forget about your tongue, swallowing saliva, blinking and breathing.
Thank me later.

Thank me later.

I'll have to. I'm juggling too many things now

ffs the swallowing saliva never fails to put me on manual, especially when I’m tryna sleep

This is where being forgetful comes in handy because you can just forget that you're overthinking

My greatest ADHD superpower is being able to nuke my train of thought by forcing myself to think about song lyrics or character stat sheets for 5 minutes and being able to completely stay off my previous painful tangent nearly indefinitely

Once I'm not stuck panicking about it my ability to just flat ignore upcoming danger is legendary

Forgetting is actually very important. There was a study done on mice that had been made unable to forget. One mouse was placed into a pool of water with a randomly placed rock for them to cling to. The mice that were unable to forget would not look for the new rock location when it was moved. Instead they endlessly swam around where the rock used to be.

A good forgetery is as important as a good memory.

Think about it? It’s all I think about already!

I'm in this picture and I don't like it

No, Sir, I think I shall not think about it.

You've broken out of the matrix, Milicent.

And it’s honestly a really great show, Amy Acker is phenomenal in it!

We were watching earlier this year, we went a bit hard on the binge and stopped mid 4th season. Is the final season good because I'm not sure where it is going to go from here.

[–] fenr1sulfr@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Yeah I’m really enjoying it, a few episodes from the end now. The final season is about half the length of a normal season so not much further for you to go!

[–] mycatiskai@lemmy.one 1 points 1 year ago

Ok I'll give the last season a shot.
