hint: the numbers are octaves
What the fuck does that even mean can someone just tell us what tune this is?
Middle C on a piano is C4, the next octave up is C5, etc etc

Ah, ok, I play some piano, but I mostly play guitar, so when I see G#4 I think of the fourth musical interval note, not a specific G# on a keyboard.

I found a reference to "megalovania", but I'm afraid I'm on the outside of this inside joke.

Ooh i know this one. It's a reference to Godspeed you! Black Emperor, a post-rock band that's really good, and who chose instead of giving a name to their latest album, to literally put the death toll of palestinians as of February 2023 as the title. Explosions in the sky is the name of one of the songs of this album, lift your skinny fists to heaven is the name of their most well-known album, from like 20 years ago.
