Mitch McConnell(Republican Senator in the US), was opening a press conference and blue screened on national tv, for long enough to need to be ushered away from the mic.

The politician's brain turned off and he kinda just froze mid-sentence. His handler had to take him away to the retirement home or hospital or whatever.
