Is there a timing issue? I still see the old puzzle as of right now
Most likely, yes. The puzzle doesn't roll over until until 0000J, so depending on how far behind UTC +10 you are (I think Zagorath is on Kilo time but I could be wrong. Possibly shift ahead or back and hour.), you'll have several hours left of the old puzzle.
Yeah the puzzle rolls over at midnight local time. I put it up at 2pm in my time zone, so it's shortly after midnight in Europe, while leaving most of the afternoon for us orientals, and not being too long for the new worlders to wait before it's relevant to them.
