So your question is about a physical location that has the tech to play any of these the way they were intended to?
I'm not OP, just an expert on Spatial Audio.
Headphones are able to reproduce Spatial Audio mixes, if they've been binauralized, so the place and the system aren't too relevant (if OP already set up their playback system).
So what is their question then? Did they mean "places" as in websites?
Considering the forum, I’d say so.
