I watch everything at least 1.25 speed depending on the show. Most YT at 1.5 speed. Once you start you can't go back to 1x. Everyone talks so slowly.

I'm up to 2x on anything that isn't already pretty fast to begin with. 1x is exclusively for music content.

I tried that and felt I had to concentrate too hard. So I like to keep it around 1.5x. 2001 Space odyssey, I watched at 3x and it still felt slow.
