What the fuck is "language not consistent with values defended by the FIA" supposed to mean? Are they revealing that there is some kind of rulebook to what people tell the media?

they're not. This is about swearing ( they both said "fucking"). Toto even defended the Las Vegas GP

What worries me is that there seems to be an actual clause in the sporting rules that allows the FIA to punish teams because of that.
