How to move task manager to the side? (lemmy.world)

I'm moving from ChromeOS to Manjaro. I want to put the Task Manager on the right edge of the screen, but don't see how to do this. I'm pretty sure this was possible a long time ago.

Running KDE Plasma 5.27.11 and Wayland.

First of all, Manjaro is still on 5.27??????? How is that a "rolling release" distro?

Second, right click on the panel (task manager) then just drag it to any side you want.
