Incoherence, and it's particuarly bad when I realize i'm being incoherent
Incompetence
Parents refusing to notice their children's needs
It's a real problem, but I hate filler words. "Um uh hmm" just immediately makes me want to cover my ears and tune out the conversation. It's at a level where I've seriously considered vocal therapy to make certain I never do them anymore, but that doesn't really solve the issue since nearly everyone ends up using them. I just have to try and let go of the obsession, but it's so hard.
That's sad to hear, especially since filler words are a vital part of our language
Bigotry
Starch. This limits what I can eat. Unfortunately I didn't know this growing up, so I ate a pretty carb heavy diet which caused health issues which caused me to be grouchy a lot. Took until I nearly 40 to figure out that I wasn't just an unstable asshole.
Lies and deceit.
I feel like I'm being played for a fool by not telling me the truth and wanting to sugar coat it or something. I can't stand it whoever it comes from, be it a stranger or my own mother.

I believe the word you're looking for is anthropocentrism
Centrism, fence-sitting, or like we say where i live "ser un tibio de mierda". If you're gonna believe something, do it fully and own up to it.
Not trying to contact people when they leave, they need contact unless they explicitly say they need time
