Your HR’s CBT must be waaaay more complicated than ours if you need AI to help answer the questions 😂

“Your line manager tells you to ‘Grab them by the pussy; when you’re a manager they just let you do it’. Has this crossed the line into sexual harassment?”

⚪️ No. this is acceptable behavior
🔘 Yes. You should report this to HR
⚪️ You’re required to follow your line managers orders or risk dismissal for insubordination
⚪️ Sometimes it’s good to relax and joke around in the office.

I love the little cultural differences here. In the US, our old traditional saying of "grab 'em by the pussy" means you're fit to be president. But I guess other countries interpret this as sexual harassment. 🤷 😭

This is what goes through my head every time I see it 😂

I’ve decided it’s a feature; not a bug…

(Computer Based Training if you’re asking seriously, though)

Rooster and football torture..? Huh, never heard of it before, what is it?

It’s a method of making people talk, but that’s not important right now.

Yea I'm not sure where they got these damn courses from, but wherever they did they actually put effort into the questions LMAO

We had to do this yearly ethics/security training, this time I could skip the videos and just answer the simple questions.

Happy that we don't have to write an essay.

Ew. This is why I don’t like AI. It’s not always inherently bad but people use it and pass it off as their own work or cheat on tests. People who do this are lucky I’m not their boss. Using AI to do your training just means you’re easily replaceable.

To clarify, I'm not talking about actual job training, I'm talking about random HR courses that could be summarized as "Don't be a shithead" that you have to take all the time that nobody ever pays attention to.

Tried that. Failed miserably.

You sounded like Ken Cheng there.
