This year I discovered Norm Macdonald and I think he's now my favourite.
Theo Vonn is also hilarious, not so much his stand up but in podcasts and general conversation.
Bill Burr is great too.

Dmitri Martin has an uncanny ability to make me laugh out loud like basically no one else can.
Bruan Reagan and Norm McDonald are two of my favorites.

Milton Jones. His style is basically one-liners, but he's amazing at them. If you've ever watched his appearances on Mock the Week you'll know.

Patton Oswalt and Michelle Buteau. Kind of an odd pairing considering their comedy is very different, but they both make me regularly wheeze laugh.
