I think most of those online iq tests increase the distribution of the scores, so if your a little above average you get iq130 and if you do slightly worse than the mean you get iq70

I did an online IQ test once but it only consisted of the pattern matching questions, there were like 10 of them and it took 5 mins to complete. This is all a long way of saying I'm pouring shade on its methodology because I got a low score.

But are you happy? You can buy tingles but one thing that is not able to be store bought is oxytocin. Serotonin/dopamine/adrenaline is enshittificated. I guess Opioids are to some degree store bought oxytocin, but I like momma's food over every restaurant period. After a period of eating random shit I always crave momma's food and simple food, not Michelin. And opiods mean it is hard, but not impossible, to enjoy momma's good again after addiction.

I'm a bit confused by this word salad. The inital analogy made some sense about complexcity vs simplicity, but you lost me with the enjoying food with opiods? That part didn't seem to tie to the initial premise, and the conclusion that contentness with one's starting lot in life superceeds the reward of pursuing a goal and achieving it is quite a claom? I mean there's something to be said of making sure to pay attention to the journey and not missing the forest through the trees, but just saying that complacency beats pursuit is a wild thing to me.
I made a comparison by temporarily feel good and long term feeling of well being (the neurotransmitters vs oxytocin). Then I thought, hmm but with this analogy you could kinda get store bought oxytocin in the form of opiods, buy I can't recommend that so that's why I typed the whole momma's food bit.
