That's about the laziest Photoshop job I've seen
It's misleading to call it photoshopping. It's MSPaint copy & pasting.
Photoshop clone stamp. Because it's the only thing this person knows how to use.
(I know because I used to be that person. Listen, it was a phase and I got over it, ok Mom?!!?)

Pretty sure, as @Chetzemoka@kbin.social said, it's the clone stamp in Photoshop. It can be used well, but this isn't evidence of it.

Terrible photos listed by estate agents/realtors that are so bad they’re funny.

Posts in this community must be of property (inside or out) listed for sale which contains a terrible element. “Terrible” can refer to:

the photo itself (finger over the lens, too far away, people in the shot, bad Photoshop, etc.)
