I'm a bit confused by the UK/Ireland border.

The Irish Partition was in 1921. And it can't be referencing the province of Ulster because it's missing counties. It also doesn't match with the Ulster Plantation.

The only thing I could find was County Cavan was transferred to Connaught. And the dates kinda match. But that doesn't explain Donegal and Monaghan.

Latvia is wrong. Russia annexed a Latvian county in 1944, and the border dispute wasn't settled de jure until 2007
