Does anyone know if it's concerning to find it inside of a warehouse?

It's more of a mom and pop warehouse, and the building was just bought last year. I've found posts saying that it's harmless, and posts saying that it's potentially damage. What are your thoughts?

We had some efflorescence in our basement, and it turned out to be caused by a water leak from the first floor. The efflorescence itself was no problem, we just scrubbed it away, but it's worth checking around the area for anywhere water might be coming in unexpectedly (leaky roof/pipe/window/etc).
