Subscribed / Local / All could just be a button-set on one line, and the headings really don’t need to be as big as they are.

Also, why can't I neither delete nor reorder these instances? I'm on an instance not in this list and I have to scroll to the bottom each time.
If you long press on an instance at the account settings, you can delete it.
