This video is about 15 hours north of winnipeg, in a town called Lynn Lake, a few more hours from the arctic circle. The reactions of these guys seems very genuine. Google maps Lynn Lake manitoba to get an idea of the remoteness.

Definitely interesting given the location. It doesn’t look like standard planes or helicopters. And the remoteness wouldn’t suggest there’d be that much air traffic. Ruling out some other common events, I doubt there are people out there releasing Chinese lanterns. And, their movements don’t suggest flares or satellites.

That was my assessment as well. The remoteness of the location makes this even more bewildering.

This is a pretty good video in my opinion, what do you all think?

I like it. I am looking forward to the sensor array Ryan Graves wants to build. Then I imagine we'll get a deluge of data.

Airplanes. The flickering timing is like what I see on airplanes all the time. Somewhat distorted and blurry but still airplanes.

It's definitely possible; however, I don't believe the movement appears typical of aircraft. Furthermore, here is an image of active aircraft in the area at the moment. While this isn't indicative of the traffic when the event occurred, it does show that there isn't much traffic in that area compared to the rest of North America. I think I counted around four lights (orbs), but I'm not entirely sure.
