Officer April Rodgers and the CSPD put on an elaborate sting operation to bust several groups of leftists for a crime they manufactured. April was attempting to get me to participate in a straw purchase and god knows what else. Based off some other people I’ve talked to, I was not the only one who the CSPD targeted. It appears the goal was the create a firearms trafficking group from Colorado Springs to Denver in order to bust every leftist with firearm ties in both cities. Either that, or it was an attempt to pressure me into becoming an informant.

I believe it is very important to document and publicly share these types of COINTELPRO tactics whenever they pop up. I work a boring desk job and shoot guns with friends once every two weeks, yet I was specifically sought out and targeted. Be careful y’all, and remember if the vibes are off, leave. Last but not least, fuck CSPD. Over a third of the city of Colorado Springs’ budget goes to them so they can carry out failed political vendettas against anyone who dares not be a conservative christian.

Here's a link to their about page.

The more members they have, the easier it will be for them to cause real change in your area.

Please ask me anything you want about firearms. I work as a firearms engineer, and would be happy to answer questions, I also invite other people to answer questions.

So, ultimately I'm keen to drive a 6.5 bolt gun, and while I'd like to get into hand-loading and all that to lessen my cost, in the meantime I just want to be able to go to my local indoor range and get accustomed to precision shooting without any huge expense in ammo. I've had a shitty rimfire automatic for most of my life but have always wanted one with a bolt action.

This was recommended to me by a buddy of mine raised on firearms. I haven't watched yet (downloaded a while back on a shit hard-drive and had yet to download again), but I'm especially keen to check out the precision rifle one, as well as the tactical carbine entry.

The seeds look a little low, but I think they usually turn out higher, or else ammend some different trackers.

Old article on "build parties", gatherings of gun enthusiasts that produce guns from build kits that feature no serial number.

I'm still a relatively new gun owner. I joined the SRA and bought a SW M&P 15-22 since it was recommended as fun to shoot, and the best for getting familiar with ARs.

So, now that I've pumped a few hundred rounds through it, I'm ready for an upgrade. I have very little time as an "essential" (read: exploited) worker and money is a bit tight. I like the M&P 15, as it is nearly identical to my .22, and is relatively cheap, but I see prices for manufactured weapons range from over 3k down to 600.

So, with my time very valuable, and my budget in the sub 1k range, would it be better just to buy one outright, or piece one together?

Thanks, and happy to be here.
