He has plenty of anti-communist rants, and considered the Bolsheviks a ruling intelligentsia who only wanted to gain power for themselves.

It can take years to deprogram someone from his brand of college-student oriented idealist "anti-authoritarianism", into an actual class and materialist way of looking at the world.

I love the Silmarillion, and re-read it about once a year. Even though it's written like a history or mythology book, some of the stories in there are incredible.

I haven't heard of an andy serkis read one, but there is already an audiobook that's well done.

Try asking the maintainers for clarification or an update on anything. They're gone.

The WWE is pretty honest about it being theatre / only for entertainment, bourgeois politics pretends its not.

The meta-analysis around their theatre performances and characters are more important than the content of what they're actually saying.

Of course that's always been a thing with electoralism, but I feel like the meta-analysis really eclipsed content in the 90s.

Does anyone know of any massive double blind study where they see what actual mp3 bitrate where people stop being able to tell the difference in quality?

I've tried and can't tell the difference between any 320kbps and lossless.

Having del toro portray both che and fidel would be a nice touch.

Not for the majority of gen alpha (which don't live in the imperial core). The kids are alright, probably gonna be building bases on mars and living on fusion power.

For many of them, it also became an outlet to play outside of their tangled web of responsibilities as business owners, mothers, friends and partners.

Either The NYT wants you to believe every USonian owns a business, or they don't know what a wage worker is, or they're just playing up to their wealthy target audience. But its just so strange to not acknowledge that some ppl just have regular jobs.

The pic of the indoor half-pipe or whatever it is with a laundry machine at the top is crazy. So much going on there but it's admittedly cooler than whatever else ppl do with their mcmansions.

I used to do this, but todo.txt is a dead format now unfortunately, the maintainers left a long time ago. Tasks.org is where its at, open-source, sync how you want, tagging, recurring tasks.
