I feel like there are a ton of assumptions being made in this comment section. When I first saw it I thought it was funny and imagined a much more light hearted relationship between that woman and her daughter.
Someone that places a sticker that unaligned on their car can't be a good person! /s
I could see someone (maybe me when we were younger) trolling my Dad by putting this on his car for him to find.
