What's the community name supposed to mean?

It means exactly what it says. A space for secular Arabic speaking folks to hang out without the noise of religion that we Arabs are drowned in. Doesn't mean religious people can't participate, they can, but no religion discussions. Also doesn't mean non-arabic speakers can't hang out :)
