(CW: Body Horror) He has such shit dental hygiene that his gums constantly bleed. He takes care of this by rubbing the gum blood on the wall.
Some portion of his "fans" have to just view him as a lolcow.
Hopefully the genocidal fleabag lifestyle and mentality finishes him off sooner than later.
Being in the medical field.... Yeah pretty bad. Unfortunatetly bleeding gums being neglected are not uncommon. For example chronic periodontitis is like 69% prevalent among older Australians. A large amount of tooth loss is due to this.
