Careful you don't fall into an overdiagnosis cycle and start making health issues for yourself by constantly monitoring yourself and causing fear and panic over it.

Yeah, that’s a nasty trap I fell into for a bit. I had a spine injury and was in such severe pain for a couple of weeks I barely slept and got anxiety attacks. I’m now focused on healing my initial condition and not those I invented while being delirious lol. Genuine thanks for being on a lookout for this, I was really surprised my mind could do it to me.
