Does anybody knows how do I get them permanently deleted or I'm powerless against it?

Only applies to new comments for one thing, and that’s a mod thing for each individual subreddit, not site wide…

I've ran bots that link websites and gotten sites permanently blacklisted site-wide.

Try posting https://localmonero.co/ anywhere on Reddit, your comment will be shadowbanned
