Under existing law, Russia is required to notify both the Secretary-Generals of the UN and the Council of Europe when it deviates from its obligations under international treaties by restricting the rights and freedoms of Russians. The requirement is in line with the European Convention on Human Rights.

Who cares about the opinions of a fascist? He should be disregarded and ostracized entirely. He will go to war with whomever he pleases anyway.

Playing along with him out of fear of attack is admitting defeat from the start. Fuck Putin and fuck his sub-human conservative supporters. Any threat that demands negotiation is a threat worth eliminating.
