It seems that the MAGA movement is earily similar to what I learned about the Nazis before Hitler took office? Like blind obedience and hatred toward certain groups? Or am I wrong? Why? (lemmy.world)

still a dangerous time to be anything but white and privileged. even then, being labeled as a commie or pinko was a slow death sentence.
