Hey, I wanna start building a media library because I’m annoyed with all the streaming services. Only problem is, that I’m from germany with strict laws. Anyone here got experience with torrenting movies and stuff in germany?

Option one is kinda busted because your ISP can see what you’re doing. Also there have been cases of people getting sued anyway in semi-private trackers like IPT and TL.

ISPs don't spy on users, would violate GDPR.

Long story short: You'd get more money from your ISP than you'd pay to copyright trolls.
