Fertility rates are on the decrease everywhere.This doesn't mean that population is decreasing, population increases as long as the fertility rate is superior to ~~1~~ 2.1, which is still the case in a large portion of the world, but I think humanity on a global scale is expected to go beneath that treshold around 2050-2060.
