No, but Biden says he wasn't going to enforce, so the incoming admin would have to do it.
And I doubt Trump would want to piss off 170 million Americans on his first day.
He'll want to spread it out over the four years.
he doesn't give a shit about pissing people off. actually that's his prime motivation for existing.
what he wants is tiktok to owe him
And TikTok wants to be in his good graces. So they shut down their service voluntarily, then when Trump says they get the 90 days, they bring it back up immediately and thank him loudly for it.
And they want him to think he did them a favor, while they do basically nothing and get everything they want.
