Having the owners wife as the head of HR probably doesn't help with reporting anything

I thought it was Colton? In the LTT response video with all the company heads, Colton mentioned HR was under him... Maybe it transferred from Yvonne to Colton at some point?

She was head off HR when Madison quit, now it's Colton along with a third party HR iirc

But isn't Colton kind of an idiot? Things must be dire there.

If I recall correctly, in that recording of the meeting that was on reddit (the one after Madison left) already mentioned third party HR.

She mentioned being told to put your big girl pants on and honestly i can actually hear Yvonne say sm like that.

Honestly i think Madison spoke from truth but that doesn’t mean everything is toxic. Her perspective is valid and how she felt most important but the actual situations can still include misunderstandings and unclear boundaries between people.
