I love how they cite multiple papers to justify setting phi at 0.25 but for epsilon it essentially just says 'it's 4'

Just the fact that they used constants in a market-changing action shows they have no idea what the equation even means.

(OMG, the abstract on the first reference already says constants are useless to understand the market, without changing anything!)
