That is more convincing, I don't know what those profiles post about but I can guess. Low-information/"I hate politics" types tend to fall for reactionary attitudes to social issues.
I understand that there's a big crossover between right-wing beliefs, doubting pharmaceutical companies, and promoting dubious wellness products, but your original photo just didn't demonstrate a direct connection to MAGA ideology to me.
Wasn't my comment, I just remembered seeing this in an earlier post and backed up the statement made by that commenter.
