I'm convinced that the majority of our population do not give a flying fuck about representation or leadership and just participate in democracy when they're seeking emotional validation.

The problem with this is that the most emotional ones in need of the most validation are the ones who would vote in literal Reincarnated Vampire Turbo Hitler Khan if it triggers the other side.
