Thanks for the clarification. Do you remember your nightmares? I don't think I have nightmares. Or if I do I don't remember. With the brain fog I don't remember lots of things though.
I don’t remember all of my dreams or nightmares, but I remember a few. I think I have a fairly strong memory compared to most others I’ve met, but I’ve most certainly had both nightmares and pleasant dreams. I can remember both nightmares and pleasant dreams.
Some of my nightmares that I remember go back to when I was a young child, and pleasant dreams dreams, too. I am also aware that I’ve had both nightmares and dreams that I don’t remember. That’s sometimes unsettling.
Both nightmares and good dreams both work the same with me, in that I can either remember them, or am unable.
The effects of your brain fog may be similar to why I forget many of both my dreams and nightmares, but I don’t know for sure.
