so Twitch is blocking Firefox now... EDIT: It was my firefox's enhanced security causing the problem. (cdn.discordapp.com)

in my case my user agent switcher was blocking it

I love when pages tell me my browser is not supported and it's just the agent switcher choosing win7 with internet explorer 8
