Well, let me tell you something Google, that wallet thing is so very much going to stay 1000% empty dry thank you! Lol I hope you guys stay super excited about that monthly service bill cuz I not giving my kid money to buy anything online. And if I want them up there I'll put them right there LOL!

Back in my day our parents just gave us cash to buy anything we wanted anywhere.

But that may not be as viable today.

There are already several transit systems that have converted to cashless systems. There is also a push to some stores to cashless as well.

Cash may be a superior way for kids to handle money, but I can see some areas where having cash isn't viable.

If I was a parent, I would want the wallet to act as a debit only system. However, I could see the utility in giving my kid a debit like system with $10 on it.
