MODERATORS
This might have something to do with the dock using USB-C in Display Port alternative mode, and then taking this signal and shoving it in a HDMI port going to the screen. Maybe something is lost in translation along the way.
Someone on Reddit mentioned that the Japanese website never mentioned VRR support when docked so it does seem like it was a mistranslation.
