How there can be spoilers for the 2 season if it isn't even come out yet?

You can tell the Evil Eye is possessing Jiji in the trailerIt wasn't revealed in the anime yet & I feel it's a big enough spoiler to need a warning.
Given that the production committee (or animation studio) decided to reveal this in the trailer, that means that they don't find it to be a spoiler, no?
It is an out-of-context spoiler too, so now I am just curious as to what is the chain of events that led to this. I don't feel like I have been spoiled.
Yeah, I know, but I had people complain in private about the Chainsaw Man Movie trailer I posted so now I try to be cautious about what I post.
