That's a big part of BPD, and one I struggle with most.
I get that. What's living with BPD like?
It's like living on the edge your seat all the time. Everything gives me anxiety, especially dealing with people. I am never just a little sad, or just a little angry, whatever I am feeling in the moment is all encompassing and cranked up to 11. And since I am prone to meltdowns when stressed, frustrated, or feeling trapped I am always worried about that and try to avoid conflict as much as possible.
Thanks mate, I have BPD clients so I'm always trying to learn more so I can give them the support they need
