tttt is a nickname for the /LGBT/ board on 4chan. the LGBT board is often called TTTT because it's mostly trans people, very few cis people. 4tran is a reddit community for posting TTTT Screenshots

i have recently been studying their brainworms and it's helped me understand my own but unless you're prepared to use it as a sociological study then I agree, best to avoid
