Name and shame?
That's doordash. I've come across a few of their descriptions that directly contradict the item being sold and I've been waiting to see if anyone will hold them accountable.
Examples are like "comes with cheese dip" on fries, but- no cheese dip offered at the restaurant, or "12 mozzarella sticks for sharing" and the product is "4 sticks"
It's not my original image, but it's been circling on IG and elsewhere. I'm pretty sure it's from an ordering app (e.g. door dash, GrubHub, or similar) rather than a restaurant.
Is it just me or did company names really get dumber and dumber?
Yes, door dash has started providing AI descriptions based on names and images. The level of slop is remarkable, often making up ingredients that owners say they'd never feature in their dishes.
This is concerning as someone with dietary restrictions...
