Thanos, really? I'd say more like Hancock. Pathetic and most likely forgotten by everyone 20 years later.

They were both definitely authored by someone who doesn't respect the audience
Hancock's got a lot of problems but doesn't strike me as a narcissist. He's intimately aware of his character flaws and though he runs from them for awhile he eventually tries to fix himself, "turn a new leaf". Men like musk aren't capable of that sort of reflection, they simply know that they're the shit and it's everyone else who is wrong.
Hancock had superpowers, so no.
Nah, Hancock took way less drugs
