In my 40s. At that age, your body shows wear and tear, you're getting more tired and you may be facing menopause. A lot of us are juggling kids, work and ageing parents. Cost of living might make our caring responsibilities hard.
Yes. Everyone should eat well, sleep well and exercise BEFORE they are 40. Keep your body in good shape and you will be glad in the rest of your life.
lol.. I was just writing this EXACT thing, wear and tear, more tired.. but I am 50s and male.
