I panicked and cut the bake short when I saw it touching the glass. I forgot the salt which Iโ€™ve read helps restrict the raise so I assume that was the issue.

The crust had started to form but the crumb was not quite raw. I tasted the crust anyway; it was bland I assume also because I forgot the salt but was still tasty with butter ๐Ÿ˜
