I don't use them but i'll definitely see if any of the lemmy apps i use have keyword based filter. Can i copy and possibly share your filter list ? (maybe I'd share it in a post ) IMO, it should be add by default to lemmy apps so people who don't care about American politics can block them outright.

If anyone is interested, here's the list in text format (i didn't use some keyword to minimize collateral damage on actual world news posts that may be interesting ) :
