Like the USA has to "prove" communism bad by overthrowing the government and installing puppets, some "prove" it's bad by reposting content from communists and refusing to give proper credit.
Eta: like the libs "liberate" cities from protests, and the middle east from modernization.
This meme is years old, man. I'm pretty sure it predates Lemmy itself.
