Like: it's small so I can recognize some active people here; also I like how many queers and allies are here, Lemmy's not perfect in regards to minorities but it's much better than reddit and most alternatives.

Dislike: it's small so I can't find people who are into the same niche stuff as I am; also centralization on .world sucks, I'd block this instance otherwise because of how many genuinely shitty people are there.
